Dear Ron:

Dinners by Chef Berttron have been hit at every event here at PACLAB. I have been lucky to witness two events by Chef Bert, one during the summer, which was for all of our anniversary employees, and another on October 31st for our Member Board.

We’ve heard nothing but positive responses from all of our employees when they took part in your breakfast buffet during our summer event. The food was exceptional and I believe our favorite dish was biscuits and gravy!

The Member Board got a treat when they saw the Baron of Beef and garlic mashed potatoes. The greens were crisp and the steamed vegetables were fresh. The group loved the tropical punch as well.

Along with all the great food, your service and setup were spectacular. I couldn’t ask for anything more from your staff and from Chef Bert. We appreciate the fact that your staff was quiet and courteous when coming in and leaving the room. You made the meeting flawless and enjoyable.

Thank you again for attending to all of our needs and making our summer event and Member Board meeting a success! We hope you are available again in the future for our next employee event. Maybe next time we’ll order the Chicken Fettuccini!
