Hi Bert,

The wedding and reception were fabulous! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Christine commented that she really appreciated that you saved some of the appetizers and placed them at the head table so that they could have some when they arrived. Also, the timing of dinner, serving cake, etc, was excellent. I thought all servers were very helpful, efficient and friendly.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the food. We will be happy to recommend you to friends for future parties (or use you ourselves).
