I can honestly say that your management of our 50th anniversary party helped to make it unforgettable. It was a very professional production in every way. Bert, thank you for your expertise and professionalism.

We have to say that the food was wonderful. Everyone who was there, that we have seen or talked with since, has raved about your food. Your mobile kitchen was great and helped to put people in a festive mood just by its presence. It certainly demonstrated that the food was prepared fresh and not cooked hours earlier and kept warm for hours.

The professionalism of you and your staff was impressive. I worked in the catering business from age 13 to 33 and I judge more harshly than most people. Your presentation and management of our event was outstanding and I commend you and your staff.

The subtle way in which you "kept the ball rolling", and saw to it that we held to our schedule was a huge help and made things far more organized than they may otherwise have been.

We would, without question, recommend you to anyone planning a wedding or other special event. In addition to the wonderful job that was done we felt that the cost was very reasonable.

All in all, you did a great job and we are very grateful.
