Hello Chef Bert & Team,

This e-mail is far overdue so I apologize that it did not come sooner. However, I wanted to take a moment to extend a Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you & your team. Our wedding was September 5th, 2009 (Kevin & Bridget Wolfe) at Ladleys Viewpark Bed & Breakfast located in Gig Harbor. However, your companies service did not begin on this day, It began several months prior to. Chef Bert was amazingly personable with my husband & I and our families. He planned an evening to prepare a meal in our home with our families there so we could have a taste of his menu items available. From this point, he constantly made himself available with any questions, planning, and visiting our venue. He understood the importance of our day & reassured us it would be as close to perfect as possible. His team lived up to just that & much more! They showed up with plenty of time ahead of schedule, helped with set-up, and were all very professional & kind to our guests. They constantly were checking in on not only us to make sure we were being taken care of and always had a beverage in hand or never an empty glass, but our guests also. It was not until the next day following our wedding that we found out that Chef Bert was not present at our event because his first grandchild was born and he was not able to attend. I wanted to include this in our email, because with such a busy day although we did not notice he was not present, we did not need to because his team did an absolute amazing job filling his shoes. From the day of our wedding even up until now (4 months later) we are still constantly recieving compliments on your companies services they provided & I wanted to make sure to pass on that gratitude to you all. You're an absolute amazing company, with a very genuine & caring team who exceeded our expectations & made our wedding look, feel, and taste fabulous.

A simple thank you is far short of how we feel, but THANK YOU over & over again and we will continue to recommend you.
