Dear Chef Bert,

I want to thank you for the wonderful catoring experience you gave for Stephanie's wedding on Jan. 30th, 2010. I received lots of comments about how great the food was, and how fast everyone received their meal. As promised there was plenty! I was also told about how helpful your staff was, bagging up the fish from the centerpieces for the children. I felt they went above and beyond what was expected of them. Thank you for doing your part in the clean up, but also helping with things that were not your responsiblility. The Pickering Barn staff were also very pleased with how well the cleanup was done. I was so busy with the guests, that I am sure there are many things I missed, but you had everything taken care of. I will highly recommend Chef Bertron to my friends! Thank you again for all you did to make Stephanie's once in a lifetime event something to remember.
