Hey Bert,

Katie and I were so thankful you catered our event, we could not have asked for anything better or a better person to do it. Actually, everything exceeded our expectations! Bert, we are so impressed with everything you did, the food, handling the issues that arose, everything! Katie and I felt like we had a family member doing our event because everything that was done was done with such care and perfection!

All of our friends and family have mentioned how great the food was! Actually, we have heard the most feedback about the food and service, it was that good. We heard more complements about how great it was to have the food done on site and to actually see everything and how fresh it was. Everyone has also mentioned how great the staff service was.

In fact, one of my groomsmen, Sean (Katie's brother in law), had worked in catering at one point, and he raved about how impressed he was with everything, specifically, how involved you were with doing everything from food prep to serving! He said that in all his years of working in catering, he never saw the head chef/owner do the amount of work you did.

Bert, Katie and I do not know of anything we could even recommend for making things better...you guys even arrived an hour early :)

On another note, our photographer got some pictures of the reception site after you guys got done setting it all up. I will make sure I forward any pictures of the food, reception site, and service on to you. I don't normally do this, but please feel free to use me as a reference in the future. We would love to help you out in this way and will make sure I mention you to anyone looking for someone to cater an event!
