Demo Dinner
|
|
We
bring everything to your fee demo dinner.
Including: plates, silverware, glassware, pots,
pans, and an ice chest full of the menu you have
chosen to try. We arrive one hour before your
first guest arrives and set your table with
linens, napkins, silverware, and glassware.
All of the items are prepared fresh using your
kitchen.
I then sit down with you and go over all your
event plans and cost, while my waitress cleans
up. I also bring linen, napkin, and plate
samples for you to choose from. We have a staff
of 60 wonderful chef's, prep cooks, waitstaff,
and bartender's. We own all of our own
silverware, glassware, and equipment. We rent
your choice of plates from AA party rental. You
may invite four guests, (six total) to enjoy the
dinner with you at no charge. All you need to
provide is wine or champagne to have with
dinner. Since we only book one function per day,
reserve your day soon. This makes for a great
evening and is a wonderful way to meet a caterer
who has done hundreds of weddings and large
events.
Our menu below is our company's standard menu
choices, but with just a little more information
we can do any type of menu you desire for your
event. We have four very experienced Chefs and
myself to provide you any Cuisine menu, please
feel free to give me a call any time. |
